How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only if your order has not been processed yet. Because we move fast, you must contact us immediately at support@mitrencito.com.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled and must follow the return process.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

How long does shipping take?
- Handling time: 1 business day
- Transit time: 2–6 business days
- Total delivery: 3–7 business days
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $6.99 on all orders.

Do you provide tracking?

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within up to 12 business days after approval.
Are there any return fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking or return fees.
What condition must items be in?

- With original tags and packaging
